Standard Sofas — 14-Day Returns, £70 Collection Charge
You can cancel your order and return any standard (non-bespoke) Simple Living UK sofa within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us within that period:

We will arrange a collection date. Our team will disconnect and wrap the sofa at collection — you do not need the original packaging.
A £70 return collection charge applies to change-of-mind returns and is deducted from your refund. The sofa should be free from damage, stains, soiling, pet hair and odours. If the sofa has been handled or used beyond what is needed to inspect it (as you could in a shop), we may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value.
We refund you (less the £70 collection charge and any deduction above) to your original payment method within 14 days of collecting the sofa.
Bespoke & Made-to-Measure Sofas
Sofas made to your own specification — non-standard dimensions, custom fabric, or personalised configurations ordered through our Bespoke service — are made specifically for you and cannot be returned for change of mind. Bespoke orders can be changed or cancelled free of charge until production starts; after that, cancellation may incur a reasonable materials charge.
Faulty or Damaged Sofas
Please report transit damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs, so we can put it right quickly. For any manufacturing fault or structural defect (standard or bespoke), contact us with photographs and we will repair, replace or refund at no cost to you. The £70 collection charge never applies to faulty or damaged items. We respond within 5 working days.
Your Statutory Rights
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. It does not limit or replace those rights.
